The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable and spacious.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were in considerable size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is housekeeping of the hotel is so efficient that the rooms are made up immediately after I put make up sign. The hotel is in a prime location. Nana BTS station is just 2 minutes' away and Taxi is always available on the front road. Plenty of restaurants of different cuisine around the property

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was on point and very accommodating if you wanted to have some cleaning done soon (I frequently go out in the morning for an hour or so and would like my cleaning to happen during that timespan).

Staff were friendly especially Ms. Dream who was always smiling. The 2nd non-smoking room 4607 was very clean and cleaning staff at that level were very nice. Hotel close to shopping area in Nana as well as connected to other building that has close access to bowling and restaurant.

Good budget hotel. I got pretty much everything I needed. It is about 5 -10 minute walk away from craziness of the main street, but close enough to city action and Nana plaza location. Food options are many, but do your homework first. I am not familiar with thai foods, it became a challenge to find a suitable place and on the first night I ended up eating at McDonald's that I am not typically do, which located close to the hotel.

Had a lovely 6 night stay, I was impressed with how big and spacious my room was, very modern with a large bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful, 5 minute walk from bts nana and 10 minutes from terminal 21 mall, plenty of night life around the hotel, I will be back again.

Nice staff , clean , good location, close to restaurants, shops & many attractions, big TV smart screen , strong Wi-Fi signal. Linked with Grace Hotel.

Location was very good. Located along a street lined up with 24 hr convenience store, middle east eateries, shops etc. Walking distance to Nana and Asok BTS stations. Hotel lobby was awesome..Looked newly renovated and fresh. Obliging and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable. Room was looking new and smelt good. Very clean.

The location is excellent, with a smooth and fast check-in process. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff—from reception to housekeeping—are all friendly, respectful, and always ready to help.
