The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable and spacious.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were in considerable size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is housekeeping of the hotel is so efficient that the rooms are made up immediately after I put make up sign. The hotel is in a prime location. Nana BTS station is just 2 minutes' away and Taxi is always available on the front road. Plenty of restaurants of different cuisine around the property

Staff were friendly especially Ms. Dream who was always smiling. The 2nd non-smoking room 4607 was very clean and cleaning staff at that level were very nice. Hotel close to shopping area in Nana as well as connected to other building that has close access to bowling and restaurant.

Good budget hotel. I got pretty much everything I needed. It is about 5 -10 minute walk away from craziness of the main street, but close enough to city action and Nana plaza location. Food options are many, but do your homework first. I am not familiar with thai foods, it became a challenge to find a suitable place and on the first night I ended up eating at McDonald's that I am not typically do, which located close to the hotel.

Had a lovely 6 night stay, I was impressed with how big and spacious my room was, very modern with a large bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful, 5 minute walk from bts nana and 10 minutes from terminal 21 mall, plenty of night life around the hotel, I will be back again.

The location is excellent, with a smooth and fast check-in process. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff—from reception to housekeeping—are all friendly, respectful, and always ready to help.

The rooms were brand new, everything was cleaner than expected. Everyday the housekeeping cleans up the room as if it is our first day. Staff were extra friendly, always greeted us with a smile and was a big help to us.

It is close to nearly everything, toktoks and vans are nearly always available at the entrance of the hotel. As Muslims, many halal restaurants are close by. Staff were more than helpful and always greeting with a smile.

The location is ideal as the Nana BTS was a 7mins walk..Very comfortable bed and luxury finish room. Many easy food options around the Sukhumvit area. Friendly and helpful staff.
